摘　　要：独立学院是新形势下我国高等教育办学体制与模式的一项探索和创新,伴随着独立学院的蓬勃发展,其学生管理工作也面临着许多新情况新问题。因此,针对独立学院学生群体的特点,深入分析独立学院学生管理工作的现状,提出新形势下独立学院学生管理工作的对策具有重要的现实意义。As a new mode of exploration and innovation, independent college is a new component of China＇s higher education system. Along with vigorous development of independent colleges, student management is faced with many new situations and new problems. Therefore, responding to characteristics of independent college students, indepth analysis of independent college student management and countermeasures put forward in accordance with new situation of independent college student management have important practical significance.
