HPLC法同时测定龙血通胶囊中龙血素A和龙血素B的含量

摘　　要：为建立龙血通胶囊中龙血素A和龙血素B的含量测定方法,采用HPLC法在同一色谱条件下,对制剂中龙血素A和龙血素B进行含量测定.测定结果为:龙血素A在0.108～1.734μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1,平均回收率96.59%,RSD=1.51%;龙血素B在0.084～1.342μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1,平均回收率101.05%,RSD=2.41%.实验结果表明,所建立的方法可在同一色谱条件下检测出2个成分,可用于龙血通胶囊制剂的质量控制.To establish a quantitative method of determining the contents of Loureirin A and Loureirin B in Longxuetong Capsules,HPLC was used to determine Loureirin A and Loureirin B in the same chromatographic condition.The results indicate that Loureirin A shows a good linear relationship at the range of 0.108-1.734 μg,r=1,the average recovery is 96.59% and RSD is 1.51%.Loureirin B shows a good linear relationship at the range of 0.084-1.342 μg,r=1,the average recovery is 101.05% and RSD is 2.41%.It is concluded that the established method can provide content determination of 2 ingredients at the same test condition and be used for the quality control of Longxuetong Capsules.
