摘 要:通过三维有限元仿真计算,从焊接力学的角度模拟UOE焊管焊接过程,建立了UOE焊管焊接模拟的热源模型以及有限元建模与计算的方法。热源模型采用比较成熟的双椭球模型,它既考虑了热源表面的热分布情况,也考虑了深度方向的热分布情况。为了得到比较准确的热源模型参数,采取了反复迭代计算与试验验证的方式进行热源模型参数优化。分析了焊前不同初始椭圆度和不同焊接热输入对钢管最终椭圆度的影响,揭示了UOE焊管焊接过程的变形规律。The welding process of UOE welded pipe was simulated from the view of welding mechanics by three- dimensional finite element calculation. The heat source model of UOE welded pipe, the methods of modeling and calculation were established. The two-ellipsoid model was adopted to build heat source model, the heat distribution of surface heat source and depth direction was considered. In order to get accurate heat source model parameters, iterative calculation and test verification were utilized to optimize heat source model parameters. The effect on out-of -roundness of different initial out-of- roundness and different heat input was analyzed before welding, and the deformation regularity of UOE welded pipe process was revealed.
