摘  要:金属材料经过冷加工变形通常使拉伸性能和冲击韧性提高,硬度上升,塑性下降,而焊管在常温下由带钢卷制加工而成,其管体材料比同一炉号同一位置带钢材料的抗拉强度下降50~80 MPa,屈服强度下降约100 MPa,冲击韧性下降60~70 J,塑性提高10%,硬度下降HRB2~4。通过金相分析和冷变形状态下金属变形机理分析,带钢微观组织级别一般在3级以上,由带钢加工成钢管,变形量(大约为1%~3%)一般都低于临界变形量,成型后金相带状组织中铁素体变宽,条状珠光体略成断续状,在成型应力作用下,焊管只产生少量位错与位错滑移,不必通过晶粒整体移动,导致管体材料整体变形后强度有明显降低。Cold processing deformation on metal material generally can increase tensile property,impact toughness, hardness, and decrease plasticity. While welded pipe is processed by rolling steel strip at room temperature, compared with steel strip in the same place and the same heat, the tensile strength of welded pipe body reduces 50~80 MPa ,yield ratio reduces about 100 MPa, impact toughness reduces 60-70 J, plasticity increases more than 10%, and hardness decreased HRB2~ 4. Through metallographic analysis, deformation mechanism of metal analysis under cold deformation state, the results showed that the grade of steel strip microstructure is general 3 or above level, the pipe body deformation is lower than critical deformation value, it is about 1%-3%. The ferrite in banded structure becomes wide after forming, strip pearlite appears discontinuity. Only few of dislocation and dislocation slippage occur on welded pipe under forming stress, and do not move the whole grains, this will obviously reduce material strength after entire deformation.
