摘 要:[目的]采用实验室模拟试验研究了好氧和厌氧环境中噻吩磺隆在衢州红土、萧山潮土、金华水田土中的降解行为,为其环境和生态安全性评价提供重要的科学依据。[方法]样品经乙腈提取,高效液相色谱仪(DAD检测器)检测。[结果]在好氧和厌氧环境中,噻吩磺隆在3种不同类型土壤中的降解速率大小均为潮土>水田土>红土,好氧环境中降解半衰期分别为2.7、5.6、9.8 d,厌氧环境中降解半衰期分别为7.6、11.1、13.7 d,降解符合一级动力学方程。[结论]土壤中好氧微生物和土壤pH值对噻吩磺隆的降解有显著影响。根据《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》划分标准,噻吩磺隆在土壤中为易降解农药。[Aims] The degradation behavior of thifensulfuron-methy was studied under aerobic and anaerobic conditions by laboratory simulation in three different soils, including krasnozem from Quzhou, fluvo-aquic soil from Xiaoshan and paddy field soil from Jinhua to supply the important scientific evidence of the environment and ecological safety. [Methods] Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, determined by reversed-phase HPLC with an ultraviolet detector, [Results] The degradation rate of thifensulfuron-methy in the three soils was fluvoaquic soil〉paddy field soil〉krasnozem, with the corresponding half-lives 2.7, 5.6, 9.8 d in aerobic condition, and 7.6, 11.1, 13.7 d in the anaerobic, respectively. The degradation of thifensulfuron-methy in soils followed the firstorder kinetics. [Conclusions] The degradation of thifensulfuron-methy in soils was influenced by soil aerobic microorganism and pH. Based on the dividing standard of Guidelines on Environmental Safety Assessment for Chemical Pesticides, thifensulfuron-methy belongs to easily degradable pesticide in soil.
