摘 要:[目的]由Alternaria alternata引起的金叶女贞黑斑病近年在河南省南阳市严重发生。试验探讨了代森锰锌与百菌清混用对该病的防治效果。[方法]2种供试药剂的单剂及其混配剂不同质量浓度喷雾处理,进行小区防治试验。[结果]与单剂处理区相比,喷施混剂(1400 g a.i./hm2代森锰锌+750 g a.i./hm2百菌清)处理区的防治效果最佳,达70.5%。单剂不同质量浓度梯度区的防治效果差异性不显著。[结论]代森锰锌与百菌清的混用可提高对金叶女贞黑斑病的防治效果。[Aims] Black leaf spot disease ofLigustrum vicaryi caused by Alternatqa alternana severely occurred in recent years in Nanyang city, Henan province, China. The efficacy of mixing mencozeb with chlorothalonil against the disease was tested. [Methods] Single and mixed spray treatments of the two fungicides were performed at different concentrations. [Results] The mixed application of mencozeb (1400 g a.i./ha) and chlorothalonil (750 g a.i./ha) showed the highest control efficacy (70.5%) compared to the applications of mencozeb or chlorothalonil alone. No significant difference was observed among the tested concentrations of mencozeb or chlorothalonil. [Conclusions] The applications of mixing mencozeb with chlorothalonil could enhance the efficacy of controlling the black spot disease ofL. vicatyi.
