蟾砂胶囊的抗肿瘤作用及对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究蟾砂胶囊的抗肿瘤作用及对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将小鼠S180,H22实体瘤模型随机分为6组,ig连续给药10 d,蟾砂胶囊给药剂量为8.6,4.3,2.15 g.kg-1,测定小鼠实体瘤重量、抑瘤率等指标,研究蟾砂胶囊的抗肿瘤作用;注射环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫功能低下,测定小鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数等指标,观察蟾砂胶囊对免疫功能的影响。结果:蟾砂胶囊可明显抑制S180和H22荷瘤小鼠的瘤体生长,蟾砂胶囊组与生理盐水组比较,瘤重减少0.3～0.8 g,与平消片组比较,中剂量、高剂量组具有显著性差异(P<0.05),3次重复实验结果一致,抑瘤率分别为19%～46%,18%～40%;蟾砂胶囊各剂量组皆能够提高免疫低下小鼠的脾脏质量、脾脏指数及吞噬功能;蟾砂胶囊组与生理盐水组比较,高剂量组能明显延长S180小鼠的存活时间。结论:蟾砂胶囊可在一定程度上抑制肿瘤生长、提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫力、延长荷瘤小鼠的存活时间。Objective：To investigate the antitumor activity and immunity of Chansha capsules in mice.Method：S180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice model were randomly divided into six groups and given the medicine 10 days,the dosage was 8.6,4.3,2.15 g·kg^-1respectively.The antitumor effect of Chansha capsules was observed by measuring the weight and inhibition rates of tumor in mice.The immunosuppressional model in mice was established by injecting cuclophosphamide,the effect of Chansha capsules on r immune functions were observed by determining the indexes of spleen and thymus of the model mice.Result：Chansha capsules could significantly inhibit the growth of S180 and H22 tumor-burdened mice.Compared with the normal group,the tumor weight of Chansha capsules group was reduced by 0.3-0.8 g,compared with the positive control group,Chansha capsules group had significant difference（P0.05）,the results of three repeated experiments were consistent,the inhibition rate of tumor was 19%-46%,18%-40%.Every dose group of Chansha capsules could increase the avoirdupois and index of spleen of the immunosuppressional model in mice.Compared with the normal group,high dose group could obviously prolong the survival time of S180 tumor-bearing model in mice.Conclusion：Chansha capsules can suppress the growth of tumors,improve the immunity of tumor-bearing mice and prolong their survival time to some certain extent.
