长株潭两型社会建设评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：长株潭两型社会综合配套改革试验区建设是国家中部发展战略的重要组成部分,构建长株潭两型社会建设评价指标体系,应遵循科学性、整体性、可操作性等原则。利用系统论观点,以两型社会评价为总目标,提出了以资源节约、环境友好等5个指数为一级指标,13个二级指标,57个三级指标的两型社会评价指标体系。The comprehensive ancillary reform test area construction of Chang-zhu-tan two-type society is an important component of central China＇s development strategy. Constructing the Chang-zhu-tan two-type society construction evaluation index system should adhere to the following principles - scientific nature, integrity and maneuver ability. In view of system theory, and resource-conservative and environment-friendly society evaluation as the overall goal, we put forward two-type society evaluation index system. It consists of 5 indexex of 1-class（resource-conservation; environment-friendly policy; scientific and technological innovation; economic development and social harmony）, 13 indexex of 2-class and 57 indexex of 3-class.
