摘　　要：为维护国家安全与发展利益，军队不仅要高标准做好战争准备，而且要随时遂行非战争军事行动。在总结我军近几场非战争军事行动装备动员经验的基础上，分析非战争军事行动特点及其对装备动员建设的基本要求，研究新时期装备动员建设的调整改革举措。For the maintenance of national security and development interests, the army must be ready to carry out the military operations other than war at the same time be ready for war. The paper summarizes the experience of the later-day military operations other than war, and analyzes the characteristics of the military operations other than war and its basic requirements to equipment mobilizing construction. In the end the paper brings forward some countermeasure to the present-day equipment mobilizing construction.
