摘　　要：建立战略级装备器材动员储备是为军队遂行非战争军事行动提供有效装备物资器材保障的重要形式。分析了非战争军事行动战略级装备器材动员储备的基本内涵及其建设必要性，围绕储备品种、规模、方式和布局等问题，提出了储备建设的基本构想，最后指出储备建设需建立的配套保障措施。It is important to build the strategic equipment mobilization reserve for supporting the military operations other than war and providing equipment support. The paper analyzes the basic connotation of strategic equipment mobilization reserve of military operations other than war and the necessary of building reserve, then surrounding about the problems of reserve types, reserve scale,reserve mode and reserve distribution, the basic conceive of reserve building is proposed. In the end,the paper puts up correlative support measures needed to take for reserve building.
