战时同装互保组织实施问题研究

摘　　要：同装互保（mutual support among the same type of equipments，MSSTE）是在联合战役装备保障训练背景下提出的新的装备保障方式。在把握战时同装互保特点与要求的基础上，提出了战时同装互保组织实施的指导思想与原则，从任务统筹、信息互通、协调对接、分级响应、核销补偿等5个方面构建了战时同装互保机制，并阐述了战时同装互保组织实施的一般过程。Mutual support among the same type of equipments （MSSTE） which was put forward under equipment support training in joint operations is a new equipment support way. Based on the characteristics of MSSTE and the practical demand of equipment support in joint operations, guidelines and principles are presented. Then, mechanism of MSSTE is established. Finally, general process of how to organize and implement MSSTE is illustrated.
