摘　　要：分析了现有体系结构建模方法的优缺点，针对目前服务视图描述框架研究在具体建模中存在的不足，开展了面向服务的体系结构建模方法研究。总结了面向美国国防部体系结构框架（Department of Defense architecture framework，DoDAF）2．0的整体结构、服务视角、服务模型及模型间的关系，研究了面向服务的体系结构核心实体及其关系，建立了服务实体元模型，并在此基础上提出了面向服务的体系结构建模框架和过程，为开展体系结构建模提供了有效的手段。The paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the methods of modeling architecture at present, and the service-oriented method of modeling architecture is researched according to the shortage on the service view description framework and modeling method. The structure of the service-oriented DoDAF 2.0 is summarized, and the services viewpoint, models and the relations between models are described. The passage analyzes the core entities of service-oriented architecture and the relations between entities, and the DoDAF Meta-model for services is built. Finally the service-oriented framework and process of modeling the architecture is presented, which provides effective means for modeling architecture.
