摘　　要：科研在军队任职教育发展中起着基础性、先导性作用，肩负着服务人才培养、服务部队建设、服务战斗力生成的重要职能使命。要保持军队任职教育科研的持续创新发展，就必须坚持科学发展的理念，在明确任职教育科研定位与自身特点的基础上，坚持教学与科研相协调、坚持以科学化管理谋科研的长远发展。Science research has basic and precursor e{{ect on post educational development. It bears the functions of serving for ability person cultivating, serving for military construction, and serving for battle effectiveness creation. To keep the post educational science research development innovatively, and persistently, we should persist in the concept of scientific development, nail down the orientation and characters of post educational scientific research, and stick to the harmony between research and teaching, and figure for long term benefits by persisting in scientific management.
