低浓度医用臭氧局部注射治疗软组织损伤疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察低浓度医用臭氧局部注射治疗软组织损伤疼痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将107例符合要求的软组织损伤患者随机分为2组,实验组55例,采用低浓度医用臭氧局部注射治疗;对照组52例,采用糖皮质激素局部封闭治疗。分别于治疗前和末次治疗后1个月随访时采用自拟软组织损伤疼痛评分表评定患者治疗前后软组织损伤疼痛评分及临床疗效。同时在治疗过程中严密观察患者不良反应的发生情况,并采用自拟标准对患者的不良反应进行分级。结果:①2组患者治疗前疼痛评分及治疗前后疼痛评分差值比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=0.592,P=0.875;t=-0.187,P=0.852);②2组患者的临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.673,P=0.125);③2组患者安全性等级比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.528,P=0.597)。结论:低浓度医用臭氧注射治疗软组织损伤疼痛的疗效及安全性与糖皮质激素局部封闭治疗相当。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of local injection of medical ozone with low concentration on soft tissue injury pain. Methods：One hundred and seven patients with soft tissue injury were randomly divided into 2 groups,55 cases in the experimental group were administrated with local injection of medical ozone with low concentration, while the others in the control group were administrated with local blocking therapy of glucocorticoid. The soft tissue injury pain scores and clinical curative effects of the patients were evaluated according to the self-designed soft tissue injury pain scale before the treatment and one month after the last treatment respectively. Meanwhile, the incidence of adverse reactions for the patients were observed strictly during the process of the treatment, and the adverse reactions of the patients were classified according to the self-designed standards. Results ： （1）There was no statistical difference between the 2 groups in pain scores before the treatment and in the different values of pain scores before and after the treatment（ t = 0. 592, P = 0.875 ;t = -0. 187, P = 0. 852 ）. （2）There was no statistical difference in the clinical curative effects of the patients between the 2 groups （Z = - 1. 673, P = 0. 125 ）. （3）There was no statistical difference in safety levels of the patients between the 2 groups （Z = -0. 528, P = 0. 597）. Conclusion： Compared with local blocking therapy with glucocorticoid, the injection of medical ozone with low concentration has approximate curative effect and safety on soft tissue injury pain.
