摘  要:针对风电机机组出力的随机性,将机会约束规划用于优化风电场的装机容量,建立了以风电场净收益最大为规划目标,以投资成本、线路的传输能力限制、系统对旋转备用的要求以及常规机组出力限制等为约束的数学模型。将蒙特卡洛模拟方法与遗传算法相结合对上述模型进行求解。以IEEE 30节点系统为例进行仿真,验证了文中方法的有效性。文中方法综合考虑系统运行约束和经济约束,能找到风电场效益最大的风电场容量以及相应的风电场最大收益,具有较好的工程应用价值。In view of uncertain output of wind turbine generators, the chance constrained programming is used to optimize the installed capacity of wind farm. Taking the maximum net income of wind farm as the objective of programming and taking investment cost, limit of transmission capacity of lines, requirement of power grid to spinning reserve and output limits of conventional generation units and so on as constraints, a mathematical model of chance constrained programming is built. The proposed model is solved by combining Monte Carlo simulation with genetic algorithm (GA). Taking IEEE 30-bus system for example, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. Because system operation constraint and economic constraint are synthetically considered, so the wind farm capacity, by which the maximum effect of wind farm as well as corresponding maximum net income of wind farm could be achieved, can be determined.
