摘  要:正常妊娠胚胎作为半同种移植物之所以能够维持取决于母胎界面免疫耐受的形成,树突状细胞(DCs)具有独特的免疫调节能力,既能诱导抗原特异性免疫反应又能诱导免疫抑制,通过调节妊娠期间母体内Th1/Th2平衡向Th2偏移,有利于受精卵着床和胎儿发育,维持正常妊娠。DCs不同的亚型及成熟度对妊娠免疫耐受的影响也不同。DCs还可与自然杀伤细胞及类固醇激素协同作用,共同维系妊娠免疫耐受状态。The fetal-placental unit is a semi-allograft and immunological recognition of pregnancy, together with the subsequent response of the maternal immune system, is necessary for a successful pregnancy. Dendritic cells(DCs) has special capability in immunological regulation, which can induce antigen special immunological response as well as immunological inhibition. DCs can regulate the balance between Thl and Th2 slope toward Th2 in matrix during pregnancy, which makes for nidation of fertilized ovum, growth of fetus and maintenance of physiogenic pregnancy. Different isoforms and degrees of maturity result in different fate of pregnancy immunological tolerance. DCs have synergistic effect with NK ceils and steroid hormones to sustain the state of pregnancy immunological tolerance.
