摘　　要：抑郁症在临床上很常见,近年来抗抑郁药物发展很快。目前抗抑郁药物主要有5大类,不同类型之间的药理作用和不良反应不同,用药时应严密监测,新型药物与传统药物相比具有药效高、不良反应小的特点,临床上应注意合理用药。了解各类抗抑郁药物的疗效和安全性,对于提高抑郁症治疗效果、改善患者的生命质量具有非常重要的意义。Depression is a kind of common disease, and antidepression drugs develops quickly. There are five kinds of antidepression drugs, and differ inpharmacological actions and adverse reaction, so patients should be monitored closely during antidepression period. The new kinds of drugs have the advantage on high efficency and small side effects, so rational drug use shouldbe attented. Master of various kinds of antidepressant drugs efficacy and safety is of great importance to improve the treatment effects and quality of life.
