摘　　要：探讨BHAF1299型精梳机的技术创新。针对新型精梳机存在的问题,阐述了对钳板加压及传动机构、牵伸系统清洁装置、小台面板自停装置、棉网输出路径等进行的技术创新与改进情况。认为,BHFA1299型精梳机可以解决影响正常开车的诸多问题。指出:在提高精梳机高速稳定运行性能的同时,必须着力解决好影响正常开车的诸多问题,使新型精梳机全面达到优质、稳定、可靠、高效的研发目标。Technology innovation and modification of BHFA1299 Comber were discussed. According to existed problems in new comber, technology innovation and modification were carried out including nipper pressure and transmission system,draft system cleaning device,platform automatic stop mechanism and cotton web output path et al. It is considered that many problems of effecting BHFAI299 comber normal operation can be solved. It is pointed out that at the same time of increasing comber speed and stability, the above problems should be solved well, finally research aim of higher quality and efficiency,stable and reliable can be reached for the new comber.
