摘　　要：特色建设是专业生存与发展的需要。根据江苏科技大学的办学定位和船舶行业特色,形成了具有船舶特色的建筑环境与设备工程专业。结合专业特色建设的实际,对地方院校建筑环境与设备工程专业的培养方案、课程体系、团队建设、科研工作、工程教育平台建设、实践性教学环节等问题作了较为深入的探索与研究。Characteristics construction is the need to survival and development of specialty. Based on the orientation of Jiangsu University of science and technology and characteristics of the shipbuilding industry, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering with shipping features are established. Combining with the practice of characteristics construction of specialty, the questions of training program, curriculum system, team building, research task, platform building of engineering education and practicing teaching etc. for Building Environment and Equipment Engineering in local colleges are profoundly explored and studied.
