摘 要:以中药材提取物WG-CT为天然抗菌剂、MHZ微胶囊为芳香整理剂对羊毛织物进行抗菌和芳香复合整理,研究了不同复合整理工艺对织物抗菌性能的影响。实验结果表明:芳香整理对织物的抗菌效果影响不大,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍达90%;对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为88%,数值略低。在此基础上改进了抗菌整理工艺,采用中药材提取物WG-CT和KF-CT按2∶1的比例复配,整理后的织物具有抗菌性,当抗菌剂按2∶1复配时,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到99%,织物具有良好的抗菌性能;进一步研究WG-CT和KF-CT复配抗菌剂和芳香整理的复合整理工艺,结果表明,实验方案下能使织物保持抗菌性(抑菌率90%以上),当WG-CT和KF-CT以2∶1复配做抗菌剂,再经芳香整理后的织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到99%,抗菌效果良好。In this paper,the compound agent of Chinese herbal medicine WG-CT as natural antibacterial agent and MHZ microcapsule as fragrant finishing agent were used to treat worsted fabric.The influences of different finishing process on the antibacterial property of fabric and antibacterial mechanisms were researched.The results showed that fragrant finishing had weak effect on antibacterial property.The inhibition rates of staphylococcus aureus can reach more than 90% and the inhibition rates of escherichia coli was 88%,the value decreased slightly.On this basis,the different ratio of WG-CT and KF-CT was selected to treat fabric in order to improve the antibacterial finishing process.The results showed that if the fabric was treated separately by KF-CT the inhibition rate was very low and the fabric had no antibacterial property.When the ratio of WG-CT and KF-CT was 2∶1 the fabric had the excellent antibacterial property and the inhibition rates can reach to 99%.On mechanism,it was found that separately treat fabric with DG-CT and the antibacterial property of fabric is not as good as WG-CT.
