摘　　要：主要研究了80、100、130支等不同规格的OPTIM纤维在色纺纱中的开发及应用。简单分析了染色、毛条牵切拉断工艺,着重研究探讨了长绒棉/羊毛80/20色纺纱产品的半精纺纺纱工艺,并对纱线成品进行了物理指标测试、数据对比和分析讨论。对比生产实践数据表明,OPTIM纤维在90℃的低温条件下染色效果较好,符合预期要求。同时,其产品可纺纱线支数及强力明显高于同类普通羊毛和丝光羊毛产品。This article has mainly studied the development and application of the OPTIM fiber in the melange yarn field,included 80s,100s and 130s and so on.The processes of dyeing and stretch-breaking are analyzed,especially discusses the spinning process of PIMA/wool 80/20 yarn.Comparison of production practice data show that,the dyeing effect of the OPTIM fiber under the low temperature condition（90 ℃） is better,meeting the anticipated requirement.At the same time,the yarn count and strength of its product is significantly higher than similar products of ordinary wool and the mercerized wool.
