电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪检测玩具中有害元素

摘　　要：对不同材料类型玩具中8种重金属元素(As、Pb、Cr、Ba、Se、Sb、Hg、Cd)进行测定并分析,选用不同浓度的盐酸溶解样品,样液定容后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)进行测定。其涂层、塑胶、色粉、PVC皮革样品中各重金属含量符合GB 6675—2003标准,为合格品;软胶中Pb重金属元素含量超出标准范围,故不合格;各元素回收率较好。该检测方法精密度高、准确性好、干扰少、快速简单,能够有效地检测出玩具中多种重金属元素的含量。To analyze eight kinds of heavy metals(As,Pb,Cr,Ba,Se,Sb,Hg,Cd) in different materials toys.The samples were digested in HCl,and then it was determined by ICP-AES.The heavy metals of the samples(coating,plastics,toner,and PVC leather) found corresponding standards of GB 6675—2003,and element content of Pb in soft exceeded the standard.And they had a good recovery.According to the ICP-AES results,the technique was superprecision,high accuracy,little interference,convenient and rapid in detection of heavy metals in toys.
