摘　　要：首先从换乘枢纽的管理模式、运营管理理念、运营管理中主要的协调关系及其内容等方面,对绕城高速公路换乘枢纽的运营管理机制进行研究,然后根据换乘枢纽衔接组织管理的目标和组织原则,分析了高速公路换乘枢纽内交通接驳方式的组织管理与不同交通方式之间的衔接组织管理,最后提出了一体化的换乘衔接组织措施。First, this paper studies the operation management mechanism of suburban freeway hubs from the aspects of the hubs mode of management, operation and management idea, operation management and coordination of the main aspects of content. Then, according to the organization and management of cohesive hubs target and organizational principle, the suburban freeway hubs in the organizational management way traffic connecting with different modes of transportation of organization and management are analyzed, and finally some measures of integrated transfer cohesion are put forward.
