摘  要:试验以18种葫芦科作物为材料,用SSR法对其亲缘关系进行分析。结果显示:57对SSR引物共检测到240个多态性位点,平均每种引物扩增出位点4.4个,变化范围1~8个。18种葫芦科作物的遗传距离变化范围在0.1065~0.4537之间,平均遗传距离为0.227。等位基因变异的多态性信息含量(PIC)在0.2392~0.8171之间,平均为0.6326。西葫芦中的金香蕉与白西葫芦遗传距离最小,亲缘关系最近;鲍鱼瓜和WI998遗传距离最大,亲缘关系最远。甜瓜基因组SSR标记引物在南瓜、西葫芦、西瓜和丝瓜等葫芦科作物上具有一定的通用性。The objective of this research was taking 18 cucurbitaceae crops as material to analyze their genetic relationship by using SSR markers. The results show that: total about 240 polymorphic loci were detected by 57 pairs of primers; the average polymorphic loci was 4.4 per pair primer and the polymorphic loci ranged from 1 to 8. The genetic distance ranged from 0.1065 to 0.4537 in 18 cucurbitaceae crops, and the average distance was 0.227, The polymorphism information content of al]elic variation (PIC) was from 0.2392 to 0.8171, average PIC was 0.6326. The minimum genetic distance between golden banana (squash) and white squash indicated that their relationship was closest, and the genetic relationships between abalone melon and WI998 was farthest. Melon genome SSR molecular marker primers can used in pumpkin, squash, water melon and towel gourd and other cucur- bitaceae crops in some extent.
