摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病患者低血糖时简便有效的纠正方法。方法将67例糖尿病低血糖患者随机分为三组,即自行进食组23例、饮用葡萄糖组22例及鲜橙多组22例,发生低血糖时分别指导自行进食含糖食物、饮用50%葡萄糖溶液30mL及鲜橙多饮料138mL,监测其血糖值及低血糖缓解时间。结果三组均能在处理后15min纠正低血糖,且处理后15min、下一餐前、次日空腹血糖波动情况差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 3种方法均能纠正低血糖,含糖饮料口感好,患者更易于接受。Objective To explore a simple and effective method for correcting hypoglycemia in diabetic patients. Methods Sixty-seven diabetic patients who had symptoms of hypoglycemia were randomized into three groups. They were instructed to take in sugary foods (23 patients), 30 mL of 50% glucose solution (22 cases), or 138 mL of orange juice (22 cases) respectively. Blood glucose and time spans from eating to symptomatic relief of hypoglycemia were monitored. Results Hypoglycemia was corrected in approxi- mately 15 minutes by all the 3 treatments; blood glucose showed no significant differences among the 3 treatments at such time points as 15 minutes after treatment, before the next meal, and before the first meal of the next day (P〉0.05 for all). Conclusion Hypoglycemia can be corrected by oral intake of sugary foods, glucose solutions, and orange juice. Orange juice has good taste so that patients are more likely to prefer it.
