摘　　要：目的探讨穴位注射联合封包治疗手部湿疹的效果。方法将96例手部湿疹患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。观察组给予穴位注射,每2周1次,同时每晚用封包治疗1次,2周为1个疗程;对照组只用封包治疗,每晚1次。结果治疗4周后,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,痊愈时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论采用穴位注射联合封包治疗手部湿疹疗效可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of hand eczema treated by acupoint injection and wrap therapy. Methods Totally, 96 patients with hand eczema were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 patients in each group. The observation group were treated by acupoint injection once every two weeks, and the affected hands were wrapped in night; 2 weeks constituted 1 treatment cy- cle which was repeated depending on patients~ recovery. The control group only received wrap therapy. Results After 4-week treat- ment, the curative effect in the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter （P〈0.01 for both）. Conclusion Hand eczema treated by acupoint injection and wrap therapy is effective.
