摘　　要：目的提高压疮防护效果。方法在病房建立以护士长宏观监控、监管护士中间管理及责任护士微观监控的病房压疮三级监控管理模式。比较实施三级监控前(2007年)、后(2008～2010年)压疮发生情况。结果实施三级监控前、后压疮发生率分别为8.51%、3.34%,实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论病房压疮三级监控有利于降低压疮发生率。Objective To improve preventive effect of pressure ulcers. Methods We designed a three level supervision system for ma- naging pressure ulcers in geriatric ward., head nurse monitored at the top level, inspection nurses were in charge of pressure ulcer management control at the second level and primary nurses supervised pressure ulcers at the base level. Incidence of pressure ulcer before （in the year of 2007） and after （from 2008 to 2010） the implement of the system was compared. Results The incidence rate of pressure ulcer decreased from 8.51% to 3.34% after implement of the system, with significant difference between them （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Three level supervision system can reduce pressure ulcer in geriatric ward.
