摘　　要：通过对大学新生思想现状的调查,根据大学新生成长环境的变化,分析大学新生的思想压力及心理特点。大学新生正处于身体成熟和心理不成熟的矛盾之中,根据这种特点和衍生于的大学生的主体需求,从理论上探讨主体性思想政治教育应着重关注的问题,即大学新生的适应性:自觉性、学习自主性、交往复杂性、适应规范的约束性、素质提高的阶段性等。在以人为本的前提下,从大学新生群体个体的角度发挥思想政治教育的合力,化解大学尊重的成长压力。The thought pressure and psychological characteristics of college freshmen were analyzed, which are based on the survey of their thinking and the change of their growing environment. According to the principle of ＂People first＂ and the main demand of college students, this paper theoretically explores the main issues that ideological and political education should focus on, and also explores how to conduct the thinking of college freshmen.
