摘　　要：通过对河南省信息化建设现状和河南省农村档案信息资源共享需求进行分析,结合当今网络、信息、安全和数字处理技术思路,研究制定河南省农村档案信息资源网络共享平台——"河南省农村档案数字化信息中心"的建设可行性方案,以求从根本上解决、实现全省范围内农村档案信息资源的互联互通和信息共享问题。Through studying the current situation of informatization in Henan and the sharing needs of rural archives information resources, combined with technology of network, technology of information, technology of security and technology of digital processing train in current, we should study and formulate a constructive scheme of the sharing platform of rural archives information resource network--＂rural digital archives information center in Henan＂, in order to fundamentally solve and realize rural archives information resource interoperability and information sharing.
