摘　　要：目的:探讨胃炎胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组100例服用胃炎胶囊,对照组50例服用摩罗丹。观察疗效、胃镜、病理及实验室检查。结果:治疗组总有效率为76%,高于对照组70%;治疗组在胃镜、胃粘膜病理等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中未发现有明显毒副作用。结论:胃炎胶囊是治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有效中药制剂。Objective： To investigate the treatment of chronic gastritis, atrophic gastritis capsule clinical efficacy. Methods： The treatment group, 100 patients taking gastritis capsule, the control group of 50 patients taking moluo Dan. Efficacy, endoscopy, pathology and laboratory tests. Results： The total effective rate was 76%, higher than 70%; the treatment group, endoscopy, pathology and other aspects of the gastric mucosa than the control group （P〈0.05）. The course of treatment found no significant side effects. Conclusion： gastritis capsule is an effective treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis Chinese medicine.
