摘　　要：反流性食管炎(Reflux Esophagitis,RE)是指由于胃与食管交界处抗反流屏障功能障碍而导致的胃或十二指肠内容物反流人食管,引起食管组织粘膜炎症、糜烂、溃疡和纤维化等病变[1]。属于胃食管反流病(GastroEsophagesl Reflux Diseases,GERD)范畴,可以有典型的烧心、反酸等食管内反流症状,也可有咽喉疼痛、咳嗽、哮喘等食管外表现。Reflux esophagitis （Reflux Esophagitis, RE） refers to the junction of stomach and esophageal anti-reflux barrier dysfunction caused by anti-gastric or duodenal contents inflow of the esophagus, causing inflammation of esophageal tissue mucosa, erosion, ulceration and fibrosis and other diseases . Is gastroesophageal reflux disease （gastroesophagesl reflux diseases, GERD） areas, can have typical heartburn, acid reflux and other esophageal reflux symptoms, may also have sore throat, cough, asthma and other esophageal manifestations.
