摘　　要：颈肩综合征是以颈椎退行性病变(如椎间盘突出、骨质增生、椎间隙狭窄等)为基础,主要症状表现为持续性或间断性连肩痛或肌肉僵硬不舒,伴上肢疼痛或麻木,上肌肉酸痛,头部活动明显受限,为中老年人常见多发病。Cervical neck syndrome is a degenerative disease （such as disc herniation, bone hyperplasia, narrow intervertebral space, etc.） based on the main symptoms are persistent or intermittent muscle stiffness with back pain or uncomfortable, with upper limb pain or numbness, muscle pain on the head activity was limited, for the most common illnesses in the elderly.
