摘　　要：四川凉山州是彝族人聚居最为集中的地区,在这里生活着200多万彝族同胞,新中国成立后,彝族同胞不仅在物质层面有了较大改善,思想意识也受到了较大冲击。在新的历史时期,彝族传统习惯法受到了前所未有的动摇和冲击,与国家法相悖的习惯法逐渐绝迹,但绝大部分的习惯法在变化中仍在当代彝族社会起着重要的作用,传统习惯法在现代社会变化巨大。Sichuan Liangshan is the most concentrated inhabited areas of the Yi people and more than 2 million Yi compatriots live here.Since the founding of New China,Yi compatriots not only on the material aspects have been greatly improved but also the ideology have been larger impact.During the deep change of the society,the Yi＇s Traditional Customary Law also meet with the never experienced shock and shake,the Customary Law that contradict National Law have gradually disapper,but vast majority of the Customary Law plays an important role in Yi＇s society during the process of change,the Customary Law have been great changed in modern society.
