网络时代高校毕业生流动党员的管理

摘　　要：利用互联网,可以实现对未就业毕业生流动党员的动态管理、协同管理和人性管理,弥补传统管理模式的不足。借助全国党务信息管理网络系统;构建"网络党建"新模式;建立电子党员卡,最终实现毕业生党员的流动管理。The Internet makes it convenient to achieve dynamic, coordinated and humanized management of mobile Party Members among unemployed college graduates, making good the shortcomings of traditional management modes. This paper discusses online Party Construction with the aid of national Party affairs information network and mobile management of college graduates through electronic Party membership.
