摘　　要：本文从我国大学生就业的现状出发,探讨了影响大学生就业困难的社会、学校、家庭和大学生自身因素,提出了提高和稳定毕业就业率的途径和方法,以更好地解决大学生的就业,促进社会的稳定发展。This paper, starting from the present situation of college students＇ employment, discusses what factors from society, school, family and students themselves contribute to college students＇ difficulty in finding jobs. It puts forth some ways to raise and stabilize college graduates＇ employment rate in hopes of solving the employment problem and promoting social stability and development.
