中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮及中药杀胚消癥汤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 70例符合保守治疗标准的异位妊娠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组选用MTX加米非司酮治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药杀胚消癥汤治疗。比较2组临床治疗效果、住院时间及血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)恢复正常的时间。结果治疗组治愈率为91.4%,高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组住院时间及血β-HCG降至正常的时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MTX联合米非司酮及中药杀胚消癥汤治疗异位妊娠效果好、恢复快。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of methopterin（MTX） associated with mifepristone and sapeixiaozhentang on ectopic pregnancy.Methods 70 patients consistent with expectant treatment of eccyesis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（35 in each）.The control group was given with methopterin（MTX） and mifepristone;the treatment group was given with sapeixiaozhentang in additional based on the control group.Achievement ratio,length of stay（LOS）,and the coincidnece time of HCG back to normal were observed.Results The cure rate in the treatment group was 91.4%,but 71.4% in control group,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.LOS and the coincidnece time of HCG back to normal in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion MTX associated with mifepristone and sapeixiaozhentang on ectopic pregnancy is effective and quick recovery.
