摘　　要：目的探讨以腹股沟轴形血管或腹壁浅动脉为蒂,髂腹股沟多叶皮瓣在多手指皮肤撕脱伤中的应用。方法采用髂腹股沟轴形带蒂多叶皮瓣转移,对25例手部多指皮肤缺损合并肌腱、骨骼外露创面进行修复与重建。结果 25例皮瓣全部一期愈合,断蒂后皮瓣不臃肿,功能及外形恢复满意。结论带血管蒂下腹部多叶皮瓣是修复多手指软组织撕脱伤的理想供区,多手指套状撕脱伤获得了满意的临床效果。Objective To study the application of ilio-inguinal multi-lobes skin flap in finger avulsion injuries when inguinal axial pattern blood vessel and superficial inferior epigastric artery used as a artery pedicles. Methods Repair and reconstruct 25 cases of patients with skin defects at multiple fingers complicated with exposed bone and tendons using pedicled ilio-inguinal axial multi-lobes skin flap transferation. Results 25 cases of skin flaps heal by first intention. Bulky flaps wasn＇ t observed after division of their pedicles. Function and shape of fingers are satisfactory. Conclusion Skin flaps with vascular pedicles in hypogastric zone is an optimal donor site for soft tissue avulsion injury in fingers, and a satisfactory clinical outcome is observed.
