摘　　要：社会主义初级阶段的基本国情决定了当前的中国还存在着很多影响和谐社会建设的因素。网络媒体作为受众范围广、参与程度高、传播速度快的新兴媒体，可以发挥自身优势对这些因素进行预警，并提示或惊醒人们关注和研究，使这些因素在没有激化之前得到合理的解决，减轻对和谐社会建设的震荡和冲击。如何正确利用网络媒体，使其在构建和谐社会的进程中发挥应有的积极作用，则是当前理论研究界应充分重视和探讨的问题。Primary stage of our socialism＇s fundamentally conditions decide still many factors impacted on the building of a harmonious society. Net- media, as a newmedia has many characters, for example, wideranged audiences, highlevel participation and speeded- spread. It can exploit its own advantages to warn these factors, which can help us to study these problems and achieve the reasonable solutions. In order to reduce the problems arid promote the building of a harmonious society, it is necessary for us to build an alert mechanism of the moral norms. It should be our current task to study that how to correctly use the network media and make its positive role in the process of building a harmonious society.
