临床合理用药监测系统在我院医嘱审查中的作用及存在的问题

摘　　要：目的:分析我院儿科的药物应用现状,并对利用临床合理用药监测系统(PASS)审核儿科医嘱进行评价。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对合理用药监测系统(PASS)在2010年10月～2011年2月的150 618条医嘱的审核结果进行分析,并通过Excel进行分类总结。结果:共有3 178条不合格医嘱被检出,不合理用药发生率为2.11%,主要表现为药物剂量及浓度不合理、儿童用药警告、重复用药、药物相互作用等方面。结论:PASS系统有利于提高我院的合理用药水平,但该系统在儿科用药监测方面仍需进一步的完善。Objective： To discuss clinical medicine use in our hospital and make a judgment about the function of prescription automatic screening system（PASS）.Methods： A total of 150,618 medical orders from October 2010 to February 2011 were monitored by PASS.The results were analyzed and summarized by means of Excel.Results： A total of 3,178 disqualified medicine orders were found in four months with a percent of 2.11% about irrational medicine use.Among them,irrational dosages and drug concentrations were the main problems.Children warnings,repeated prescriptions and drug interactions were the rest problems.Conclusions： The application of PASS has greatly contributed to the rational usage of medicine in our hospital.But PASS system still needs to be improved in pediatric hospital in term of medical monitoring.
