摘　　要：在分析总结现有电子服务系统特点的基础上,提出下一代电子服务系统应该是具有丰富计算机外设,具备强大服务能力,可将控制指令、服务指令直接转换为用户服务的新型电子服务系统这一论断,设计了具有丰富外设的新型电子服务系统的体系结构,描述了系统元素间的逻辑关系,并对系统关键技术进行了分析研究。Based on the analysis and summary of the features of current electronic service system, it puts forward that the new generation electronic service system should have rich computer peripheral devices and powerful service ability in order to control command and service command directly with user service. So it designs the architecture of this new electronic service system, describes logical relationship between system compo- nents, analyzes the key technology of the electronic service system.
