摘　　要：本文研究了微波促进下芳香醛、5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮与碳酸氢铵的三组分无溶剂缩合反应,并通过该反应合成了一系列9-芳基氢化吖啶-1,8-二酮类化合物。这一合成方法具有操作简便、反应条件温和、产率高、对环境友好等特点。A novel synthesis of 9-arylacridine-1,8-diones through a three-component reaction of aldehyde,5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclo- hexanedione and ammonium bicarbonate under microwave irradiation was presented. Advantages of this new synthetic protocol included easy operation, mild reaction conditions, high efficiency, and environmental benigncy.
