四(对羟基苯基)钴卟啉的合成新方法

摘　　要：本研究用丙酸和DMF混合液作为溶剂,采用溶剂热合成的方法这一新型的合成方法,由吡咯,对羟基苯甲醛,以及CoCl2.6H2O直接合成四羟基苯基钴卟啉配合物。探讨了诸因素对反应的影响,找出最佳的反应过程以及最适宜的反应条件:在140℃时,吡咯,对羟基苯甲醛,金属盐CoCl2.6H2O,丙酸,DMF的摩尔比为4∶4∶1∶134∶86时得最高产率,达到43.2%,这相比于传统方法的10%～30%有了一定的提高。A new method of solvent-thermal synthesis of tetra（4-hydroxyphenyl）cobaltporphyrins complex, using the DMF and the propionic acid as solvents and the salt of cobalt, pyrrole and parahydroxybenzaldehyde as reagents ,was put forward. Various factors influencing the reaction were investigated, and the best reaction condition was found as follows：temperature was 140℃;the ratio of reagent was 4 ： 4 ： 1 ： 134 ： 86. In comparison with traditional method, the new method increased the yield from 10%-30% to 43.2%.
