锥面锁紧两半凹模联轴器叉闭式挤压模具研究

摘  要:联轴器叉锻件因形状所致,采用传统的整体凹模结构不能实现无飞边模锻.论述了联轴器叉锻件闭式挤压工艺,给出了联轴器叉锻件闭式挤压模具结构、设计要点和受力分析.该模具采用锥面锁紧的纵向对合凹模结构.锻件在两半凹模和冲头形成的封闭模腔中挤压成形.生产的锻件飞边极小.与开式模锻相比,料块质量减少28.6%,生产成本显著降低,锻件力学性能和生产效率显著提高.The conventional structure of a solid concave die was not applicable for the die forging without any flash, because of the shape of crosshead fork forgings. A dissertation was made on the closed extrusion arts and crafts for crosshead fork forgings, with side heaves. A structure of closed extrusion dies for the crosshead fork forgings, the main points of the die design and the analysis of forces were presented in the treatise. The die adopted the two vertical halving concave die structure locked by a cone surface and the forging was formed within a closed cavity formed by a punch and two vertical halving concave dies. The flash of forgings produced was infinitesimal. Compared with the open forging die, the weight of the blank is decreased by 28. 6%, the cost of production greatly decreased, and the mechanical performance of forgings and productive efficiency greatly increased.
