摘  要:针对山东省济宁污水处理厂存在的氮磷脱除效率低与运行稳定性差等问题,应用MBBR工艺系统进行了中试规模的强化脱氮除磷现场试验研究,分析了水力停留时间、填料填充率及外源性碳源对系统处理效果的影响.试验结果表明:在常温条件下,中试系统的COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP平均去除率分别达到80.56%,92.5%,46.3%和65.6%,处理效果优于同期污水处理厂处理效果;工艺控制参数不变,投加外源性碳源(甲醇)33mg/L,中试系统TN去除率由46.3%提高到72.4%,出水TN小于10mg/L,同时中试系统出水COD有所降低.本研究为济宁污水处理厂的升级改造提供了重要技术依据.Due to the operation, low efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in Jining Wastewater Treatment Plant, a field pilot-scale test with a moving bed biofilm reactor was studied in this paper. The influences of HRT, ratio of the suspended carriers and adding carbon on the treatment efficiency of the system were experimentally investigated. The result showed: (1) At room temperatures, the removal rates of COD, NH4^+-N, TN, TP were 80.56%, 92. 5%, 46. 3%, 65.6% respectively. The efficiency is superior to that of the corresponding period. (2) Keeping the previous working condition unchanged, the effluent quality was further improved with 33 mg/L extra carbon source (methanol), and the removal rate of TN increased from 46.3% to 72.4%. The concentration of TN in the effluent was below 10 mg/L and the COD concentration in effluent reduced to some extent. The parameters obtained in this experiment are important for the forthcoming reform of Jining Wastewater Treatment Plant.
