摘　　要：目的探讨支气管哮喘患者治疗前后血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平的变化及临床意义。方法对45例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者进行治疗前后血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平检测以及肺功能测定,并与38例正常健康人作比较。结果支气管哮喘患者在治疗前血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平显著高于健康对照组(P﹤0.01),经治疗临床缓解后,血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平有显著下降(P﹤0.05),但与健康对照组比较仍有显著升高(P﹤0.05),在哮喘急性发作期血清TNF-α水平与hs-CRP呈正相关,hs-CRP与FEV1%和FEV1/FVC呈负相关。结论 TNF-α、hs-CRP参与了支气管哮喘的发病,同时对两者血清水平的检测对于了解哮喘气道炎症情况和哮喘的控制评估具有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss the changes and clinical significanc of serum TNF-α and hs-CRP levels both before and after treatment in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 45 patients with asthma during acute attack（asthma group） and 38 healthy persons（healthy control group） were enrolled.Serum TNF-α,hs-CRP levels and pulmonary function were measured in 45 patients with bronchial asthma both before and after treatment as well as in 38 controls.Results Before treatment serum TNF-α and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in the patients than those of controls（P0.01）.The levels were significantly decreased after treatment（P0.05）.But still remained higher than those of controls（P0.05）,When patients with asthma were in acute exacerbation,the serum TNF-α levels significantly positively with the serum hs-CRP levels.the serum hs-CRP levels significantly negatively correlated with indices of pulmonary function（FEV1% and FEV1/FVC）.Conclusion TNF-α and hs-CRP could take part in the pathogenesis of asthma.Determination of serum TNF-α and hs-CRP levels in patients with bronchial asthma can be used to evaluate airway inflammation and outcome prediction of asthma.
