摘　　要：近年来,高职大学生心理异常现象不断增多,严重妨碍了学生的健康成长。文章通过分析高职生心理问题表现和成因,探索加强高职学生心理健康教育实效性的机制与措施,增强高职院校心理健康教育效果。In recent years, higher vocational college students＂ psychological abnormal phenomenon has increased and seriously hamper the students＂ healthy growth. By analyzing students＂ psychological problems and causes, this article explores effective ways to strengthen vocational college students＂ psychological health education, in order to enhance the effect of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges.
