基于对应分析的含十八反同方配伍方剂的年代及临床应用特点

摘　　要：分析历代含十八反同方配伍方剂的年代及临床应用特点。从《中医方剂大辞典》96 592首方剂中检索包含十八反同方配伍方剂,运用SPSS 11.0中对应分析方法,对搜集的1 406首方剂进行数据分析,得到十八反药对及其同方配伍方剂的年代特点;运用Excel统计得出十八反同方配伍方剂的临床应用特点。结果发现各年代的含十八反同方配伍方剂应用具有差异性,宋代应用频率最高;隋唐时期含十八反药对同方配伍方剂占同时期总方的比例为各年代最高;乌头药对、附子药对与宋代关联较为密切,川乌药对与明代关联较为密切,藜芦药对与隋唐年代关联较为密切,甘草药对与各年代关联无明显差异;十八反药对同方配伍方剂在临床各科的应用也具有明显差异。大部分应用在内科疾病的治疗中,外科疾病中其次,其他各科疾病均较少应用。Analysed era,s characters and clinical application features of prescriptions which included eighteen incompatible medicaments.We searched formulas which include eighteen incompatible medicaments from 96 592 prescriptions of Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Formulae.Applying SPSS 11.0 correspondence analysis to analyseze 1 406 formulas,we got era,s characters of prescriptions which include eighteen clashing drugs.Using Excel statistical method we got clinical application features of prescriptions which included eighteen clashing drugs.It found that there were discrepancies in era,s characters of prescritpions which contained eighteen clashing drugs.Application frequency was the highest in Song dynasty.In Sui and Tang dynasties,proportion of formulas which contained eighteen clashing drugs within the same era was the largest in comparison to each other era.Aconite pairs were closely related to Song dynasty,monkshood pairs were closely related to Ming dynasty and black false hellebore pairs were closely related to Sui and Tang dynasties.Liquorices application relating to every era had no significant differences.Prescriptions which contained eighting incompatible medicaments mainly applied in treating medical conditions and frequently applied in curing surgical diseases also.While they seldom applied in treating other deseases.There are significant differences in using formulas which contained eighting clashing drugs between various clinical deseases.
