气虚体质大学生客观化评价方法研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨气虚体质大学生舌象、脉象、握力等指标的客观化评价方法。方法:应用《中医四诊信息采集表》评估大学生体质状态;应用舌象数字分析诊断系统(TDAS 2.0)采集分析舌象;采用RM6240C型多道生理信号采集处理系统采集分析脉象、握力信息;分析气虚体质状态舌象、脉象、握力等指标特征。结果:气虚组舌质、舌苔主要显著性指标为L、a、b;气虚组脉象主要显著性指标为h4,h3/h1,h4/h1,t4,t5,As,Ad;气虚组握力3次最大值、10次平均值、10次面积均明显小于健康组(P<0.05)。结论:应用舌象、脉象、握力等指标评价气虚体质是可行的,研究为气虚体质状态的客观评价提供了依据。Objective： To study a practical and objective method of qi-insufficiency constitution diagnosis,according to the indexes of tongue picture,pulse and grip strength.Methods： 108 students were estimated with Brief Form of Health Status of University Student,divided into qi-insufficiency constitution group and health group.The students＇s tongue picture,tongue color,color of tongue coating were collected by the with NIKON D40 SLRs and analysised with the TDS V2.0;Collect and analysis the pulse and grip strength with RM 6240C.Results： The tongue color and color of tongue coating of qi-insufficiency constitution group were more dim than that of health group by the index of L,a,b,and the pulse was more weak in qi-insufficiency constitution group by the index of h4,h3/h1,h4/h1,t4,t5,As,Ad,all indexes of grip strength were observably smaller（P0.05）.Conclusion： The indexes of tongue picture,pulse and grip strength were practical to estimate qi-insufficiency constitution.
