摘　　要：目的:研究肠易激综合征(IBS)常用药物性味与归经。方法:以"肠易激综合征"为主题词,系统检索中国期刊全文数据库近20年来所有相关文献,选择医案部分,录入相关数据,进行统计学处理。对其中常用15味中药的性味归经再次进行统计处理。结果:171例肠易激综合征用药以健脾类药物为主,疏肝理气药次之,15味中药归经以入脾经(93.3%)和肺经(60.0%)的药物为多,药性以平性和温性药为多,五味以甘味和苦味药为主。结论:甘平与甘温之类入脾经药物为治疗IBS的首选药物;入肝经的酸味药白芍是IBS的常用药;选用入肺经且具有宣肺理气功能的药物是IBS治疗的重要补充。Objective： Studying nature and flavour and channel tropism of herbs in common use for irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）.Methods： By searching related document in recent 20 years from CNKI,we chose cases then we collected related data and did data manipulation,and then did further data manipulation for nature and flavour and channel tropism of Herbs in common use.Results： The herbs for 171 IBS mainly are strengthening the spleen herbs,secondly are the herbs for regulating the flow of qi.As for channel tropism most herbs act on spleen（93.3%）and lung（60.0%）.As for Four natures,most herbs are warm and mild.As for Five flavours,most herbs are bitter and/or sweet.Conclusion： Sweet mild and sweet warm herbs which act on spleen are the first choice for treating 171 IBS.Sour herb Baishao which act on liver is the herb in common use.Ventilating lung qi herbs which act on lung are important complementary.
