摘　　要：目的:考察穿心莲内酯微乳制剂的抗炎作用。方法:分别采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增强模型、角叉菜胶大鼠气囊炎模型、小鼠棉球肉芽肿模型考察穿心莲内酯微乳在炎症反应早、中、晚期的抗炎效果。结果:穿心莲内酯微乳对炎症各期中表现的毛细血管通透性增强、渗出液增加、蛋白质含量及白细胞游走数增加、结缔组织增生等均有较强的抑制作用,其抗炎效果强于穿心莲内酯片。结论:微乳制剂可明显增强穿心莲内酯的抗炎效果。Objective： To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of andrographolide microemulsion.Methods： Using capillary permeability enhanced mice model induced by HAC,air sacculitis in rats induced by carrageenan,granuloma in mice induced by planted cotton ball respectively to study the anti-inflammatory effect of andrographolide microemulsion in 3 phases of inflammatory reaction.Results： Andrographolide microemulsion can inhibit the expression of capillary permeability intension,diffusate amount,WBC amount,protein content and desmoplasia in inflammatory reaction,and the anti-inflammatory effect is better than andrographolide tablets.Conclusion： Microemulsion preparation can enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of andrographolide obviously.
